The program really changed the way I think about food and also helped me develop a healthier relationship with certain foods that I’d try to avoid altogether, and in the process I lost 8 kilos. It taught me how to have these foods when I craved them in moderation rather than avoid them and tend to binge later. It made me realise how important the balance of a meal is on a consistent basis, something that I’d tend to overlook especially while travelling.
